CHEESE-WINE FONDUE

CHEESE-WINE FONDUE
A great cheese fondue recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
  • Swiss cheese
  • flour
  • 3/4-1 c. sauterne wine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • nutmeg

Cut Swiss cheese in cubes. Put flour in plastic bag and coat cheese; set aside. Add: 3/4-1 c. sauterne wine 2 cloves garlic. Combine nutmeg, wine and garlic in fondue and simmer. Fry cheese in fondue. The cheese fondue recipe with wine is ready to serve...enjoy it ~!
