INGREDIENTS
- 3 c. cubed French bread or other bread
- 3 c. cubed ham steak, already cooked
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard (like Coleman's)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- Drops of Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease 2 quart casserole. Layer bread, ham, cheese. Mix flour and mustard. Sprinkle over cheese. Mix eggs, milk, Tabasco, Lea and Perrins. Pour over layers. Drizzle butter on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. The cheese fondue recipe is ready to serve...great !
