A nice cheese fondue recipe to try !
CHEESE FONDUE INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
In saucepan, blend flour and butter until smooth. Remove from heat. Add milk and salt. Heat to boiling and stir over heat for 1 minute. Pour sauce into fondue pan. Add cheese, peppers and Worcestershire sauce. Keep warm and the cheese fondue recipe is ready to serve with corn chips.
